Going strong since 1998, Skin Tight Outta Sight
is recognized as one of Canada’s pioneers in the
Burlesque Revival. Bridging the gap between retro
and revisionist, they have been referred to as
“the queens of the artful tease,” (P.Citron,
The Globe and Mail), and “sexy and sacrilegious,”
(R. Chambers, fab Magazine). Performance
highlights include the New York Burlesque Festival,
The Spiegel Show at Toronto’s Harbourfront, and
being the first Canadians to compete in the
Miss Exotic World Pageant. Skin Tight Outta Sight
delights in developing opportunities for new
burlesque artists in their home town of Toronto.
They founded the Toronto Burlesque and Vaudeville
Alliance in 2003, and have brought international
talent to their productions,including Michelle L’amour,
Torchy Taboo, Penny Starr Jr., and Diamondback Annie.
In 2008, look out for a Burlesque Festival in Toronto!
