Celebrating it’s 2nd year in May, VVH aint' your grandpa's
burlesque: featuring striptease, sideshow, comedy and live
music with performers from all over the country, VVH takes
burlesque to the cutting edge of sex and black comedy with
themes like “Jesus Christ! A Holiday Burlesque Revue”, 
“The Wrong Show” (Nazis, Retards, Good Clean American Fun)
and "Bunny-lingus" (the St. Patrick/Easter show).

Past performers have included:
NY’s bad boy Boy-lesque Tigger!, Margaret Cho, Princess
Farhana (Velvet Hammer alumni and punk rock queen
Pleasant Gehman), legendary stripteaser Kitten de Ville,
comedian Blaine Capatch (Beat the Geeks),
Canadian sophisticated sex comedy duo
The Wet Spots, LA’s underground undertakers
The Ghastly Ones, and hosted by Sit N’ Spin staple, Gary Shapiro.

Victory Variety Hour is produced and directed by the
“Pe-Tite Barnum” of burlesque, Penny Starr, Jr.  Granddaughter
of Philadelphia burlesque legend Penny Starr, Sr., Penny
produced and directed the documentary THE VELVET HAMMER
BURLESQUE, was First Runner-Up at 2004 Miss Exotic World
Pageant, and also produces and directs the Jazz Age club,
Club Schmutzig. She is also the organizer of
VEGAS OR BUST! A National Event Benefitting
